
Daniela Gonçalves Bradley, PhD
Daniela has extensive experience in evidence synthesis, having conducted and published many systematic reviews and meta-analyses, covering a range of topics including diabetes, mental health, and organisation of care. Prior to joining Symmetron in 2021, Daniela was a systematic reviewer and managing editor with the Cochrane Effective Practice and Organisation of Care (EPOC) group, where she led and managed systematic reviews of health systems interventions.
Daniela has a master’s degree in clinical psychology (University of Minho, Portugal) and a PhD in Medicine (University of Queensland, Australia). For her PhD thesis, Daniela assessed the prevalence and impact of anxiety disorders in Australian older adults using data from a nationwide survey of mental health and wellbeing. Daniela also conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of psychotherapeutic interventions for anxiety disorders in older adults. After graduating, Daniela joined the University of Oxford where she researched the use of patient-reported outcomes measures in clinical settings.
