Jeanne Armand, MSc

Jeanne is a Health Economics Analyst. She joined Symmetron following the completion of the Health Economics MSc at the University of York. Her MSc dissertation was researched at the Centre for Health Economics (CHE) and the Department of Economics and Related Studies (DERS) and it assessed differences in health outcomes and length of stay between private and public providers for NHS-funded patients.

In addition, she holds an Economics degree (MA) from the University of Dundee. She interned at the Health Economics Research Unit (HERU) where she gained an insight into shared decision-making between clinicians and patients to select treatment for prostate cancer. Jeanne has a particular interest in using patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) of health to develop cost-effectiveness models.
