Frank Grimsey Jones, MSc
Frank is a health economist. He joined Symmetron in 2019 after completing a master’s degree in International Health Policy and Health Economics at the London School of Economics. Frank’s professional background is in local government. He completed the management training scheme at the London Borough of Barnet, with placements in Strategy and Communications, Adults Social Care Business Improvement, Adults Social Care Commissioning and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). From there he progressed to the London Borough of Haringey’s Corporate Delivery Unit, where he led the team’s Adult Social Care analysis. Frank is a PRINCE2 project manager and Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt business analyst, with experience applying both approaches to improve public services. Frank serves as a governor of Suffolks Primary School, where he co-chairs the Curriculum and Staffing Committee. He holds a PGDip. in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management and a BSc. in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol, where he received the Dean’s Award.
