Zara Ishaq, MSc

Zara Ishaq is a Health Outcomes Analyst. She joined Symmetron in February 2022 following the completion of her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Birmingham. For her dissertation, she composed a qualitative systematic review exploring service-user experience of receiving mental health interventions designed for BME communities. From this experience, she honed key skills in research, analysis, and academic writing. In addition, Zara holds a BSc degree in Biomedical Science from King’s College London, where she obtained an understanding of the immune system and how it functions in times of health and disease.  Zara has a keen interest in immunological disorders, mental health, and patient-centred outcomes.
